Condos Las Gaviotas
 Located in the bustling community of Playa Tamarindo, Costa Rica these beautifully crafted condominiums will feature valley views of the sunrise, a spacious pool, patio and barbeque area, and ample parking for tenants and owners.
The project consists of 15 residential units.
Each unit consists of 73 m2 (786 ft2) approximately of enclosed living space with an additional 20 m2 (215 ft2) approximately of patio living space.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and sliding door access to the patio space. Both bedrooms include a mini-split air conditioner unit, there will be an additional (optional) mini-split air conditioner available in the living area.
