The team will need to cover the following hours collectively:
6:30am - 7pm M-F
2 days of paid training
Morning Day one : language and rebuttals and tools
Afternoon Day one : Practice and role play
Day 2 : Sample calls and testing
Afternoon day 2: should be ready to take calls.
